Every so often I run a free, guided past life regression online, as a small group. It is the gentlest possible way to feel what I do and decide if it is for you. No experience needed, and no pressure to share.
What to expect
Gentle, guided, and nothing like the films
We begin with a white light body scan to settle you, then go looking together, in a calm and held space. You stay awake and in control the whole way through, and you can leave whenever you like. Join from the comfort of your own home, all you need is a quiet room, headphones and a blanket.
